A 60-day cruise circling Australia is being halted days after the tragic passing of an senior lady who was stranded by the cruise liner on a remote coastal location.

The passenger had been walking on the tropical location with other travelers from the vessel, but broke off from the party for a break. The vessel left without her and went back after some time after the crew discovered the passenger was not present.

An extensive search operation found her remains the subsequent day.
